Founded in 2015 by Nova Cadamatre MW and her husband Brian, Trestle Thirty One has quickly become one of the iconic luxury-focused wineries of the Finger Lakes. The wines are handcrafted in small lots to effortlessly translate the unique terroir of the area as expressed in each individual vintage.
Our private tasting lounge is located in Geneva, NY and offers exclusive guided tastings through our entire portfolio, including current releases and occasionally available library selections.
The winery currently produces Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Riesling, and Rose with additional varieties or styles highlighted in the limited production “Study Sketch Series.”
