The Vineyard spans across the eastern hillside of Keuka Lake, benefiting from the lake’s moderating effects on temperature and well-drained, shale-rich soils, which contribute to the distinct character of our wines. Keuka Spring specializes in a diverse array of varietals, including Riesling, Gewürztraminer, and Blaufränkisch, each crafted to highlight the nuances of the local climate and soil.

We recently opened a second tasting room in Saratoga Springs, NY on Broadway, which is open every day of the week.
