Damiani Wine Cellars values environmental stewardship across all areas of impact including packaging, viticulture, mentoring, and neighborly relationships. We cultivate several vineyards on Seneca Lake, where we limit crop loads to achieve concentrated flavors and use an intensive hands-on vine-by-vine approach. Our emphasis on terroir-driven winemaking means natural fermentation, minimal filtration, no fining, and limited use of oak. We steward quality fruit from vine to glass so that you can taste the character of the Finger Lakes in each vintage and bottle.
