Pinot Gris/Grigio

  • Ripening: Mid-late season.
  • Orchard fruit, well-developed fruit character without being overly rich.
  • Typically, less opulent than Alsace or Oregon Pinot Gris.
  • Moderate acidity.
  • Across the region, both light and lean and more rounded styles are produced.
