Heron Hill Winery in Urbana is entering a new chapter with a refreshed winemaking team, including Nova Cadamatre, the first female winemaker in the U.S. to earn the prestigious Master of Wine title, who joins as consulting winemaker. Cadamatre, also founder of Trestle Thirty One, will mentor the Heron Hill team while helping preserve the winery’s history and introduce new innovations to the Finger Lakes wine scene.
