Finger Lakes Wine Alliance Announces New Executive Director

GENEVA, NY June 9th , 2025

The Finger Lakes Wine Alliance (FLWA), premier marketing association for wines of the Finger Lakes American Viticultural Area (AVA), is pleased to announce the appointment of Amy Navor as its new Executive Director. Navor will lead the organization’s efforts to elevate the visibility and prominence of the Finger Lakes region, its wineries, and its world-class cool- climate wines.

A Rochester native, Amy Navor brings over 15 years of experience in the wine and spirits industry, with a distinguished track record in marketing, branding, and strategic leadership. She has led multi-platform campaigns, product innovation, and brand building efforts for both legacy and emerging labels at renowned wine and spirits companies including Constellation Brands and The Wine Group. Navor is also the co-founder of Appanage Brands, a boutique luxury spirits company and holds an Executive MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

“Amy’s combination of global brand leadership and local roots makes her uniquely suited to lead the Finger Lakes Wine Alliance into its next chapter,” said Meaghan Frank, Board Chair of the FLWA. “She brings a compelling vision for expanding awareness of the region while honoring the collaborative spirit and individuality of our member wineries.”

Navor’s appointment follows a competitive national search conducted by the FLWA Executive Committee. She will work alongside outgoing Executive Director Kyle Anne Pallischeck for a transition period to ensure continuity and momentum.

The Alliance also extends its deepest gratitude to Kyle Anne Pallischeck for her exceptional leadership over the past five years. Under her direction, the organization expanded its programming and deepened industry partnerships. Kyle departs the FLWA to join the New York Wine & Grape Foundation as Director of Programs, where she will remain connected to the Finger Lakes wine community and continue to support the industry in her new role. “It’s an honor to return to my roots and champion the Finger Lakes wine region at this exciting moment in its evolution,” said Navor. “The FLWA has a strong foundation, and I am stepping in to carry it forward, elevating what’s already extraordinary, and opening new doors through fresh programs, expanded visibility, and meaningful value for our members and trade partners.”

Please join us in welcoming Amy Navor to the Finger Lakes Wine Alliance.
