A new partnership between the New York State Office of Trade and Tourism and Serrallés Imports in Puerto Rico offers great potential for promoting New York wines. Governor Hochul announced the partnership on July 18. Dr. Konstantin Frank Winery, New York’s most awarded winery, is the first to sell in Puerto Rico.
